$105-- no insurance accepted

All clients must either be MN residents or reside in MN to receive services.

Scheduling Instructions:

·        When scheduling with Simple Practice for Individual singular session, select the drop down for “Individual singular session” at rate $75.  

·        When scheduling with Simple Practice for couples’ singular session, select the drop down for “Couples Singular Session” at rate $105.

·Student single 30 minute Individual rate. Select 30 minutes at $35 for individual therapy.

Assessment rate: $150 for diagnostic per client request, not mandatory. Diagnostic will include a DSM-5 Diagnosis
