Telehealth services are only provided through video format.  Through this there are some pros/cons.  You must have access through a PC, phone device or other to connected to the internet/wi-fi. This is not a face to face, office-based therapy clinic.  Rather, we chose to do things via telehealth for several reasons.  There may be limited mental health services geographically that can cause interruptions in obtaining services.  Telehealth is one solution to being able to receive therapeutic services with less waiting periods, taking the distance out of it.  Additionally, it may be more convenient and comfortable to talk to a provider in your home and your space.  With that being said, confidentiality or privacy may be challenging depending on how and when you choose to conduct your sessions.  We ask that clients be aware of who might be in ear sight or within the same location during their sessions and ask them to take all precautions to feel comfortable. Additionally, we only accept cash fee for service and offer bundles for savings.  Insurance often will have premiums and/or co-pays that can be costly and possibly interrupt which mental health providers can be covered.  We eliminate this barrier, allowing the person(s) be able to choose for themselves which provider they want to work with. If a client wants to use EAP or HSA benefit options, it will be required that they submit their own receipt of services for their own reimbursement.  We do not provide any paperwork regarding services.
